My Daughter took two urine samples in when she came back from Uni on a vist. These samples are of a time sensitive nature, they rang her 30 mins later as she is on a train going back to Uni to say they have mixed them up and are now invalidid. OMG.

Don't bother with this surgery. Triage nurse wrongly diagnosed bronchitis and said it was a throat infection without even checking my chest or throat when I couldn't breathe, refused to dress a burn injury even though the hospital said they were to dress it, triage nurses refuse to let you see a Dr unless they authorised it. I moved to Crowland surgery and then discovered munro had lost information that was in my file which I then obtained from the hospital. Seriously avoid this surgery

Everyone at reception is very helpful, most of the nurses there are very friendly at put you at ease, some doctors are a bit cold and make you feel like you are a burden, but overall, over the years my good experiences outweigh the bad ones

Moved to Spalding from London. As I'm waiting for my hip replacement operation in London stanmore hospital national orthopaedic hospital. Have some Cardiology issues and need more tests before procedure. Had all done including MRI scan. Today for 1st time to meet my GP and discuss all tests . He didn't seems to know or bothered to know much about my case or discuss with me theresults. I was expecting at least few minutes to tell me about all tests including blood MRI scan. Within few seconds chatting. He tried to shake my hands and get red of me!!!!! I stood up and asked him question. I have never ever been treated like this for my last 44yrs in and out of hospital. Really disappointed. All nurses and receptionist are wonderful. I dont feel like want to go and see him again. Not sure if I can ask for different doctor next time.

We are so lucky to be part of this practice. We have always received a fantastic service, whether from the doctors or clinicians. I hear such horror stories from friends and family in other areas not being able to get access to appointments or services/referrals/operations but this certainly hasn’t been our experience. Well done Munro!!

If I could give a 0 I would. Currently a formal complaint in process so I am unable to share all details however I can say I'm 25 weeks pregnant in a high risk pregnancy after multiple failings from the surgery for required medication, I insisted that I needed an app for this recent app/medication. I was seen by nurse Teresa hare (practice partner) what should of been a 5 min app lasted nearly an hour whereby she refused to give me a prescription while she was verbally abusive and best described as bully a pregnant vulnerable woman initially she was triggered by me taking a 5 min app followed by forcing me to discuss the other situations to discredit my explanation of what has happened i have never experienced treatment like this from a medical professional and was told myself, midwife and consultant were all liars. I repeatedly requested my prescription and said this was not the time nor place while i was so unwell to have these discussions, nurse teresa continued. Fortunately after 50 mins a dispense manager came into the room and observed what was happening- my visibly distressed state and nurse Teresa's treatment towards me and sorted the urgent prescription I required so I was able to leave. I can't explain enough how upsetting and distressing this incident with nurse Teresa hare was.
