What an amazing business. Not only are Stuart and the team hugely enthusiastic, they also have the skills and expertise to back it up. I went to them with a project that could have gone into the 10s of £1000s if my ego and trigger happy credit card had gotten the better of me. However after a thorough consultation with the team we looked at what we wanted to achieve and worked together to achieve it to a budget without compromising quality or end result. Communications from Stuart and Karen were fast and friendly. Service was exemplary and pricing was well inside what was agreed. As an educator within the sector I would also like to say how much MM invest in the training and education of young people and their apprentice Archie is a great example of the culture in which the company function. Hard-working, diligent and knowledgeable. Would highly HIGHLY recommend.

Had my Mini JCW serviced by these guys for the first time last week. I traveled out of area to have it looked after by a specialist and do not regret it one bit. What a thoroughly brilliant experience. Couldn't ask for more genuinely friendly staff. so warm and welcoming and knowledgeable. Having developed a death rattle in my mini. I was left stranded at another garage, a quick call to Karen and the team and they very kindly agreed to try and squeeze me in to have a look. The service I received was second to none. They were quick to let me know the diagnosis, a fair and honest price. They kept me up to date with the repair via text and had me back on the road in no time! I really can’t put into words how grateful I am for you guys fixing Maggie! Quite frankly, I am blown away by the Service I received from Karen and Stuart at Munich Motorworks (MM), Salisbury. My Mini went for its MOT, it started leaking water up on the ramp and so the MOT was abandoned! The MOT Station suggested MM as they had known the proprietors for years and would highly recommend them and even called them for me. So, low-loader and taxi ordered, my taxi home came first. I called Karen and she said not to worry, that they would sort everything out for me when the low-loader dropped off the Mini, and call me once Stuart had had a chance to do a diagnostic check on the engine. Despite being busy with other customers, Stuart found the time to investigate the problem - cooling fan motor on the blink. So he gave me a very good quote and I okayed the works. Four days later my Mini was ready. Not only that, Karen said they would sort out the MOT for me, called the original MOT Station, who were brilliant themselves (Tyreland in Salisbury - thanks to Ian and Paul), and booked it in for me. All I have to do, having paid their very reasonable invoice, is to pick up my Mini! Now THAT is what I call Service with a capital 'S'. Thank you again, Karen and Stuart.
