I've shopped here for years and bought my first pram almost 12 years ago. Service has always been second to none. On this occasion, I went to this shop looking for the perfect buggy for my little one. Following the expertise and advice given by the shop assistant, I decided to go for the ABC design buggy. I love the fact that service is personalised and you can pay in small installments which was great service offer, however I paid in full. I was expecting to be given the one off shop floor, but much to my surprise, I was ordered a brand new pram which came within the week! They also stored the pram when you're ready to collect it. They were amazing. Thank you to the ladies at mums mate the baby shop. Highly recommend!

Had a bad experience with this shop picked out pram, then decided we wanted to change it, still wanted to spend our money here but wanted a different pram, to be told we couldn’t as it was being shipped, fair enough . To then pick it up and it be the pram that was on display months before and be charged full price for £1400. Just be honest with your customers and sell ex displays at discount like everywhere else.

Previously came across mums mate via amazon/ebay store. I saw it was a local shop, so decided to drive down to the store and was in awe of the items that were available to view. They have an unbelievably huge range of products to choose from. So much so, I ended up doing a one stop shop for myself. The staff couldn't help me enough. They were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. I especially liked that the staff were part of the same family and have been in the shop since it opened over 25 years ago. Shops like this are hard to come by and I am happy to say that I have found this place. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for nursery goods, clothing, gifts etc for their little one.

Glorified reseller with less steps. Waited 3 weeks and ended up with something they simply purchased on Amazon and sent to me. Could have done that myself. If you like anything on the site, just search it up and you will find it much cheaper from the place they were buying it from anyway and get it faster. Shocking service. 'Supplier' issues just mean they forgot to check out their eBay and Amazon carts or had to wait for someone else to restock the stock they claim to have on their website. Scam.
