I contacted them at the beginning of the month both via email and phone and was advised that they will get back to me. When they haven't, I sent a chase up email but received no reply. Yesterday I called their office and was assured someone will call me by COB, but unfortunately they haven't. Terrible lack of service and courtesy for a simple enquiry. Like the current situation is not stressful enough. I have sent yet another chase up email and I guess I will have to call them again, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Beware of this company if you need to make any enquiries, they are not helpful at all. Just stressful.
