Specced incorrectly, had to send out more fittings. Sold us sanitary manifolds claiming to be WRAS approved and they were not!!! Then sent replacements and told us to log time spent replacing the originals so we could bill them. Low and behold now they won't reply to any of my emails even though I followed their complaint procedure to the letter. Major hold ups on a commercial job and potentially damaged reputation due to Multipipe not being aware of what they are selling. Oh yes, good honest company too, just noticed a 5 star review from one of your employees below, David Playfoot in the technical department. Writing your own 5 star reviews says alot. Wouldn't touch Multipipe again and would encourage others to seek more professional MLCP suppliers with an awareness of the products they are sending out and the type approvals they have.
