Big thanks to will at MSC, I desperately needed my rear brake discs and pads changing and all the garages I called were not open on the weekend. Will opened the garage just so I could get back on the road ready for work Monday. I had my brake pads and discs changed which was very expensive. In addition, I had a bad tyre and they told me they would fix it, and charged me. Tomorrow morning it was same. I re-showed them but they said it’s not fixable and tyres need replacement. Waste of money!

Only used MSC once and won’t again. I’ve never put a car into a garage then they leave suspension components off, forget to put parts of the brake calliper back on, and tell you the supplied parts aren’t correct when they were, just to get you to buy parts from them at double the retail cost. Then they don’t give you the supplied parts back with the car. When you question them about the missing parts you are then lied to. Told one story that they forgot, then someone else forgot and won’t return the car to how it was when it came in, unless you pay again. The mechanics there are cowboys. Save yourself the hassle, avoid this garage and take it to somewhere trustworthy and who does things by the book. Avoid!!
