I phoned M.A.R.S ( Multi Appliance Repair Service ) the chap told me to drop my washing machine to the workshop and they will test it, tell me what is wrong, I had a phone call, I went to the workshop, they had the machine stripped, and I saw the fault, the shaft had broke, and the bearings was seized, what a bad experience it was, to see my 14 year old destroyed, the worse part, they quoted me £158 to have it repaired, I was shocked so I brought a brand new 1 of them......Great..!!!!!!
