Really disappointing service from a local compsny. Appointment made for engineer to attend our property. Simon visited and was very genuine, he checked everything said they could help with fitting a new boiler, thermostat and timer and future servicing of both new boiler and gas fire. Two days letter I receive a call from Bev to say they couldn’t help us. I never leave reviews but felt this was a really bad way to treat new customers. I certainly won’t be recommending Mullins to any of my neighbours and I know many will be in the same position as us 😟

Needed help to check that the gas hob of my dual fuel cooker was connected safely. This company installed my gas boiler a few years ago and their website states they do gas safety inspections and hob and gas oven fitting. They didn't respond to my online query via their website so I tried the telephone. They said they didn't do gas cookers anymore not even just to check the connection is safe for an existing customer. They have a snowball's chance in hell of getting my next boiler installation too.
