Absolute scam artist! Took over £289 from us and sent a £70 item from his Amazon. BLOCKED ALL OUR NUMBERS, blocked us online and no response! The item isn’t as advertised and Not for use! No explanation as to why he has decided to do this to a fellow bee keeper too! STAY AWAY please, don’t get caught for £100’s like we did! Hang your head in shame Jordan! Trading standards will be notified!

Awful customer service. We bought a bee vac that cost over £250, as advertised, instead they sent a regular wet dry hoover that you can buy for £70 online! We’ve emailed, text, rung, sent voice messages, messages on instagram and face book, nobody wants to get back to us! We want a refund and an explanation.This product is NOT FOR BEES, it’s not as advertised either. There is no return address and we are out of pocket by £100s of pounds with no usable product! I’m happy to delete this review if you unblock our phone numbers and issue a refund, We’re happy to return the incorrect product. We want this sorted!

Purchased a queen marking sleeve and unfortunately the mesh is far too dark to see a queen through and handle with care, unlike the advertisement . I also purchase buzz off spray, used once and the nozzle is all clogged up. £40 I will not get back as the company has ignored my email and has a very quick returns policy of 14 days.

I participated in Humble Bee's 'Beekeeper Experience' and what a great afternoon it was ! Jordon, my teacher was methodical, knowledgeable and friendly, answering my many, many questions. If you are looking for an immersive, hands on introduction to beekeeping, this 2/3 hour course is perfect. Thanks for a GREAT experience Jordan.

Me and the mother in law have frequently bought Humble bee honey and for her birthday thought I would treat her to a beekeeping experience! Truly informative and interesting and we had such a good time! Definitely recommend doing it!

Had a fab afternoon with the bees ,fascinating to learn about bee keeping and the different rolls the bees each have in the hives , also found it very therapeutic I would definitely recommend this ,and thankyou you Jordan and his knowledge of the bees also the honey products are yummy 😋

Birds and Other Wildlife

I 'purchased' an item from this company on 8th May 2022 and on Monday 30th May 2022 I received a message from 'Jordan' at the company who told me that he had received the item and he was sending it to me via 'Next-Day' courier. When the item had not arrived by the following Tuesday I messaged him and I was essentially told to chase the matter up with the courier (Hermes). Tracking information suggests that the item has not even been collected by the courier and Humble Bee are not responding to messages. It seems that they prefer for me to go down the Small Claims Court route.
