Our experience with mulgraves from start to finish has been fantastic, I would recommend them to anybody buying a new build. Bethany, our sales rep has been so helpful throughout, always on hand to help us. We recieved so many extras that other developers would consider "optional" and then charge a fortune. We love our new home on church farm. We decided to have our own carpets fitted with a different company and on completion we discovered that our doors had all been shaved by the mulgrave builders at no charge. Any snag we picked up on our demo was rectified before we moved in.

The best builders I’ve ever worked with, I had problems and difficulties with every other builder I went with before I came to Mulgrave. Julie was outstanding, the best person I have ever worked with I cannot praise her enough. She helped us from start to finish and made everything smooth, all the difficult and complicated stuff she just made everything smooth, got everybody working efficiently and really blew my mind away. She was absolutely lovely to us from the very start and even now afterwards. The builders were absolutely lovely, very kind, caring and the quality of their work is second to none I have been blown away and all my expectations have been exceeded. Namely Josh has been nothing less than a 5 star builder our experiences with him have been excellent ! I’m very happy with Mulgrave’s and I believe their quality speaks for itself and I really would like to use them again in the future if I ever needed. Every builder should be like Mulgrave’s, I consider them the Golden Standard. Not a single fault thumbs up

From start to finish we can't thank Julie, Will and Josh enough, they have been amazing throughout our purchase and quite honestly went above and beyond our expectations. Their level of customer service has been 5*. We have purchased new builds before and not been looked after anywhere near as much as we have throughout our purchase at Pocklington. Even now we have moved in they are still making sure we have settled in ok & if we do have any problems they get it sorted straight away. We are over the moon with our new home and we are recommending Mulgrave properties to our family and friends. We will be sad to see Julie, Will and Josh finish their time at this site in December. Moving into our new home on Church Farm in Tockwith a week before Christmas could have been very stressful, but our experience was considerably eased by the professionalism of Bethany and Graham who were on hand to help with the transition. Bethany was a valuable support, both in the run up to moving day and afterwards, with her practical and calm approach to any potential issues, ready to deal with solicitors and tradesmen alike! Always pleasant and cheerful, she responded quickly and efficiently to requests for help, and phone calls and emails were returned promptly. As with any new house there were snags, but Graham dealt with these in his usual unflappable manner, sorting out the more urgent problems with speed and ensuring more minor issues weren't overlooked. Always courteous and approachable, Graham has been a pleasure to deal with. One of our main issues here has been the quality of the landscaping. Due to the rush to get us into the house in time, the turf was laid in water-logged conditions and the plants merely deposited on the top soil. (We did say we were willing to wait to have the garden installed.) These problems are now being rectified. We have also had problems with flooding in the garage after recent storms, but again are happy that remedial work has been carried out and the situation is being monitored. An issue more difficult to solve is the positioning of the light switches downstairs; there is no light switch in the utility room meaning that any entrance by the side door at night is conducted in the dark! apparently this is a design fault and has been noted. That said, we are very satisfied with the style and finish of our new home and the attention to detail in the building and would be happy to recommend Mulgrave Homes to any potential buyers!

I have moved into my property in July 2020, and all was well especially with lockdowns etc. Great service from Bev Robbins who sold the property and could not have recommended her enough. Love my house, but there are a few things which to date has not been resolved for more than a year. The communication and resolution turnaround can take weeks, if not months. To the point where I have to escalate everything in order to get a response. To be honest it really is a complete joke!! For example, they planted a tree out of season, and therefore was dead. Still to date I am waiting for a replacement with no one giving me a confirmed answer when this will be resolved. Everyone on the development has feels the same and they are still waiting for things to be sorted. My friends have had things resolved more quickly on their competitors developments. They have really ruined my whole experience which started out so well, as their major concern is completion of the sale to get the funds. The aftercare service is very poor indeed. If you like curb appeal and beautiful house, then talking to a brick wall, go ahead make a purchase with Mulgrave Properties. Also, if you really love it, my advise is to go through the house with a fine tooth comb, and make sure everything is to your standard before completion.
