Never done business with this company. However, they are sending me sms messages. As per the UK data privacy laws, I contacted them, explained they never had permission to sms me and to remove my information. Their excuse was someone gave them my phone number. Even with explaining I did not give them permission, referencing the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR, I was discounted and GASLIGHTED. A complete lack of integrity. I have reported this to proper authorizes.

I had my boiler serviced by this company. It was working perfectly well before the service but straight after it stopped working. It was recommended we replace it or pay to replace parts. Now with no hot water I needed to get it fixed so begrudgingly paid an additional £310. I asked will there be any discount as i'm forced into this situation by them and the answer was a strong NO and tell us in writing you are going to pay the full amount. The engineer has been very nice but the company's situation on not helping to fix a problem they created is despicable and I don't recommend anyone using Mulgas Ltd.
