We approached Mulburries to sell our property after another agent had failed to find us a buyer after 3 months. The purchase of our next property was at threat unless we could find a buyer fast.... Mulburries arranged viewings and showed the property on a bank holiday and secured an asking price offer within 1 week of taking on the property! They achieved everything within one week that our previous agent was not able to do in 12 weeks. The communication from Ross and Mulburries was night and day compared to our previous agent. Where we would not get calls returned at all, with Ross I would always get a reply the same day either by way of a call, whatsapp message or voicenote.
