My local dive shop and training provider, Anya and the team run an invaluable service to the community both in terms of training and education as well as running a good shop for diving/snorkeling gear and accessories plus air fills and servicing too... a valuable asset to Selsey and our marine life on the doorstep! Anya is an excellent freediving instructor, highly recommended doing a course if interested in learning more about what's under the sea and gaining confidence.

When I was looking to start my free diving journey, Anya suggested to opt for the Pool Freediver. This program covers the academic and pool sessions for Level 1 and can be completed during the winter months. It was a great idea, as I did complete the Pool Freediver and have since then joined multiple Club Pool sessions to work on my technique, breath holds and skills to be ready for the open water sessions required to upgrade to Freediver Level 1.
