    I processed an order with Mulberry online and unfortunately weeks later I had still not received it. I was not able to contact their customer service department by telephone to resolve the matter and received no reply to email either. I contacted Mulberry’s flagship store in Regent Street for help and advice. I can honestly say that despite being extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I had received from Mulberry UK online the service I have subsequently received from the Regent Street store has been exemplary. Their customer service has been OUTSTANDING. They have been professional, efficient and taken complete control in resolving my issue. If you have the opportunity to visit the store to browse or make a purchase it is well worth doing so. It will certainly make your purchase so much more special due to the service they provide. You absolutely do not need an appointment to visit their store however I would advise calling in advance to make an appointment especially if it is for a purchase for a special occasion. My sincere thanks to the management and all the staff at Regent Street and in particular Maddie who without doubt has been exceptional and a total credit to Mulberry. In my opinion she sets the standard for a high end luxury retailer. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her. I now look forward to making my next purchase with Mulberry, hopefully in the not too distant future.

    I just want to say BIG thanks to Rhiannon at the Mulberry Flagship Store on Regent Street! I came in to check if I could fix the buckle on my Mulberry bag -expecting to send it off. She offered me a cup of tea and before it even arrived, she’d already finished fixing my bag there and then! Rhiannon was excellent and went above and beyond by offering to polish my bag while I finished my tea! Super quick service! She is so friendly and approachable. 10/10

    Considering how much you’re spending on a bag, you’d expect better customer service. Went to purchase a bayswater on 28/11. The staff were not as welcoming as I would expect of a luxury boutique. The sales assistant who just so happened to be there wasn’t smiling, didn’t come across as friendly at all. Didn’t offer a refreshment until after I paid for the bag. Didn’t ask or offer if I wanted to see anything else nor introduce any of the other items to me. No explanation how to care for the bag, details of the bag or anything like that. I would get better service shopping online. Offered me a huge wreath - how is anyone supposed to lug that around central London? I was told my receipt would be emailed to me. Had to small customer service 3 times and no receipt. I finally had to say I was going to escalate to complaint and low and behold, within 24 hours I got my receipt - why did it have to take a complaint to get them on action? Lucky I actually like the bag for it’s leather otherwise I wouldn’t ever shop here. The service is really poor standard.

    OMG went in on a Saturday and was so well taken care of. Lovely sales woman, Suelen?! Wonderful, helpfull and caring. Offerd us sparkling wine and running around to show us things she thought could be interesting to us. Went in on Monday to buy a scarf. 3 young lady's only talking to each other, said HI that's all, only talking about their weekend. Not Okej!
