Bought pair of trousers from here. Got it home and found they'd left the security tag on them. Contacted them via help several days ago - no reply. Now trousers have big hole on back of waistband as I live miles away and i'm not schlepping all the way back to Tottenham Court Road to get it fixed. It's not so much the issue with the security tag - though god knows how I managed to leave without the alarms going off - it's more the failure to reply to the message on their alleged 'help' contact form.
