    Gone down the drain this place. Fully understand that covid has effective every part of our life's. However to still be blaming covid in Oct and stating check ups can only be done in Jan is poor at best. Avoid if you can.

    Shocking Dental Practice! Called them up several weeks ago with a cracked tooth. Explained I was in pain and could I be seen as an emergency patient. I was told to call back after 9am but before 11am, as this is when emergency patients are booked in. I called up the next morning and spoke to a lady who asked, "was my face swollen?". I replied no but am in a lot of pain. She explained that they couldn't see me as an emergency patient, as I didn't meet the criteria and was only able to see me in two and a half weeks time. I had no other options so had to take the appointment. The appointment date was set for 19 Sept 2022. As the date was approaching I realised the date was the day of the Queen's funeral and decided to call them to see if they were keeping the appointment. I was told they hadn't decided yet and that I'd get a call the next day. They did call to inform me that they were closing the practice and that they would be in touch with a replacement appointment for that week. No call has arrived! As I write this review on 29 September 2022 I have heard nothing. This dental practice is more than happy to leave their patients in pain. Lucky enough I got a decent dentist to take a look at my cracked tooth and they extracted it for me.
