Good food but horrible service. Food comes randomly. Main could be first, side (rice bowl) to main.. after main and starter. Some side rise came after we finished food. Miso soup which should be ready immediately, came late as well. You can get main after half an hour and the told to wait next 25min until it will steam. There is no explanation why food comes like that.

We went there for dinner and order quite a few dish to taste. Our first impression for the service we received is really rude from the Indian who speaks Japanese. Apparently he has a bias on Japanese customer only so that’s a turn off for our experience when we sit down. one example, he only promote the “special menu” for Japanese customers as all is written in Japanese. When we asked him about the menu he just simply ignore us. Another example, when we want to order the pot rice, we were told we have to wait for 1 hour for that dish so we can’t order it. We find it really funny because all other dishes we ordered, we waited for 1 hour. :) On the food: long wait and really average taste. Didn’t care to ask us how the food was but they did check on those Japanese customers tables. Well, we feel really offended throughout the dining experience and would not recommend if you are looking for a pleasant dinner/lunch. Definitely not visiting for second time.
