We visited this place today after recommendation however we were thoroughly disappointed with the service we received. We went in to ask about fitted wardrobes however we were met with customer service from a staff memember who showed no interest in wanting our custom, we kept asking what the initial phase was to get wardrobes from themselves and he said he didn't work well with computers so sent us upstairs and said 'maybe' another staff member will help however once we approached upstairs the other staff member ignored us and was with another customer and then when finished with that customer didn't ask whether we needed any help. We left feeling quite disheartened in the service we received and felt that even if the best products were shown to us we wouldn't ever go ahead due to the experience we were met with.
