I contacted MuchLoved after leaving a donation for MNDA and unintentionally gave a location in the text.Jane Van Der Zwart of the support team was so helpful in removing the location from the text for me and couldn’t be more helpful. If this review is circulated then it may remind other future messages for donations to be careful not to repeat my error which ,is easy to do but not advisable.

This is a really lovely platform. If you are like me and have family all over the world, then having a central hub where everyone can connect when you have lost someone, is priceless. Being able to see photos and get stories and memories about your loved one that you have not heard before, can be a huge source of comfort in a very dark time. The support team are fantastic as well, vey thoughtful and helpful, exactly what you need in difficult times. I love the fact that it can be also used a fundraising platform for a charity, as well as a permanent online memorial.
