We had a disappointing dinner at Mucci's on 23 May - the music was very loud when we arrived and we asked to sit at a quieter table but were told they were reserved but they obviously weren't. Cheapest wine was £40 a bottle, food pretty good but expensive. Not particularly friendly staff and when it came to paying the bill I discovered a £1.90 cover charge pp and the card reader gave you the option of adding different percentage tip even though the bill already included the 12.5% service charge. Not good

Amazing food! Good service. Cosmopolitan was great! Crispy zucchini, 4 cheese pizza, swordfish, tiramisu was exceptional! Mucci made our London trip unforgettable. They made us to come second time. Soo delicious. Don’t forgot to come and taste amazing food and lovely atmosphere. Also Raffaele spoiled us with limoncello 🌸
