A fantastic gem of a shop. I’m new to the guitar world but everyone made me feel welcome and where really helpful. I purchased a LAG acoustic guitar brand new. An excellent instrument and just what I needed. Martin had it set up for me and lowered the action FREE of charge WOW. I’ve been back many times and purchased multiple guitars. Just bought a twelve string, it’s in being set up with new strings, again no charge. A fantastic shop and a great family to advise on guitars 10 out of 10 in my book. Keep up the great work.

We bought 2 ukuleles for our kids,used once at there school so returned them ,no offer of refund and lady said she will show her husband as they had both broke at the neck of the instrument,the kids btw didn't break them as the first outing was at the school and the teacher discovered the issue with both of the instruments. Wasn't expensive about 28 pound each but we thought ideal for beginners, waited waited but no reply and been to shop and every time we get there shut . I actually forgot about the instruments as its been over six months plus since we took them back, looked a good place but seems there very reluctant to refund or fix or forgot about us ,either one still not good , not sure if they assumed kids damaged them and our word wasn't good enough or genuinely going to fix or refund later,well my review is honest and if they want to contact me and sort out my complaint I'm willing to review my review.
