Good company, just do what that say. Know the products, the good and the bad. Had a few things repaired by them with no problem and purchased a few items that they happily price matched. I purchased a Karcher pressure washer from the ‘largest supplier of Karcher’ on eBay. When the Karcher failed to switch on on the second only use I went back to the company I purchased it from. They were very unhelpful and told me to contact Karcher directly. This is despite them advertising their excellent after sales service and warranty in their advert! I contacted MTH Cleaning Equipment to see if they could help as they were the nearest Karcher dealer to me. Dean went above and beyond my expectations! As he lived local to me, he picked up my Karcher and took it to their service centre. As promised he called a few days later with the findings. He then even dropped it back to me the next day on his day off! I can wholeheartedly recommend this family business and praise them for their efficient and professional service. It turns out the fault was ‘user error’....how embarrassed am I!!
