I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience with MTG Solicitors and the woeful incompetence of one solicitor in particular, Osman. My journey with MTG Solicitors began with high hopes and a belief that they would provide the professional legal assistance I desperately needed. Unfortunately, Osman quickly shattered any illusions of competence. His astounding lack of knowledge and inability to grasp even the most basic legal concepts left me dumbfounded. It was as if he had never bothered to stay updated in his field or acquire the necessary expertise to handle cases effectively. Communication, or rather the lack thereof, was a constant source of frustration. Osman's responsiveness was shockingly poor, often leaving my inquiries unanswered for days, if not weeks. This prolonged silence left me feeling abandoned and neglected, with no sense of progress or direction in my case. It was abundantly clear that Osman's apathy towards his clients was deeply ingrained. In addition to his glaring incompetence, Osman displayed an astonishing lack of professionalism and respect.
