    Beware!! Very disappointed to say the least, I purchased a vehicle from her 14 months ago at full market value I was initially happy, however just been to sell the car and found out it's a cat d written off and repaired!! this has cost me dearly. I was told it been hpi'd as you would expect from a legitimate garage however upon selling the vehicle to a reputable dealer they did a quick check and found it to be a cat d repaired vehicle, this information was not disclosed to me at point of sale.Which contravenes the 2015 consumer rights act as vehicle not as described, I have tried to speak with garage over the coarse of a week only to be told manager is abroad on holiday "how nice' in the absence of any replies I have started legal action. Let's hope they take some responsibility to be continued.......

    Would not recommend buying a vehicle with this dealership. Got a car less than 10 months ago that has been scrapped because vehicles are sold in terrible condition. All the issues the car had initially (that were supposedly fixed) came back and were found to have been replaced with used or chinese parts. Overall, I was very disappointed.

    No PX and no Finance. I'm one of the easiest people to do business with and travel miles to find the right car. The least I expect is a phone call when promised to discuss. If this is the way you do business then thank heavens I didn't get past the first post. I guess you just don't need or want my business Couldn't have made the transaction simpler for you! Was going to travel from Colchester on the train to collect the Porsche. If you promise a phonecall, at least have the decency to call me. In response.... My only expectation was a phone call or a notification that evening. Surely that's not too much to ask is it? I agree that it's best to go separate ways as I clearly cannot trust you to deliver on any promises that you make prior to the sale.
