Iain is a fab coach, very friendly. During my 1-2-1 skills day he took stock of what I could and couldn't do plus what I wanted to learn and progress in. The day was flexible to meet my needs and I would recommend his skills days to anyone.

Had a fantastic guided ride around Haworth by Iain, his good friend Ian also added to the background knowledge and banter. Highly recommend doing a guided ride with these guys. On trails I'd never have found or known how to link together! Fantastic value for money, brilliant mix of uphill, flat and downhill. Some road work where needed but very minimal. My beloved had a fantastic time too, words of encouragement from the guys helped her along and at the end she was very pleased with what she had achieved. There's loads of routes Iain can do, skills courses too. This was definitely the 1st of many adventures with MTB Cycle Yorkshire!

I took the first level 1-2-1 course with Iain as soon as I got my bike and it was my best decision to start my mountain biking journey. I'm writinf this review 4 years after the course, because I realized today agajn how I benefited now from taking this course. There is so much to learn in mountain biking, it's not just: riding a bike. Unfortunately I crashed my bike during the training and had to stop early. Iain offered me a free day to finish the course (the crash wasn't his fault), but I left country soon after. Don't get into bad habits, take a course straight away. And this course is perfect for jt

Had a 1-2-1 today with Iain and really enjoyed it. so much so, I will be booking another trip with him soon. I've been riding MTB for just over 3 years and thought I had the basic's dialed. I wanted to progress and try harder things. Iain shown me a few different approaches to my basics which really helped. He was patient and I found him to be very knowledgeable and demonstrated all the skills I wanted to learn (drops and technical climbs) breaking them down into bite sizes pieces, he really boosted my confidence for going forward and now I just need to practice what I've learnt today before returning for more fun with Iain. Highly recommended. and for all you out there its never to late to learn a new skill. ( I just don't bounce the same any more LOL) John Butterworth (60yrs old)

Not a bad bike shop but limited in the amount of 2 stroke oil to purchase, i think this place is more for buying motorcycle wear and protection then parts. Good car parking facility and just out of town to avoid the centre
