Wow! Just want to say if you are looking for an agency to rent from, I cannot recommend MT Property Consultancy enough. There is no other agency in York with this level of care and professionalism. Maxine was amazing, answered all my questions and allowed me to review the property a second time with my partner to make sure all furniture was going to fit. As I'm sure most renters will have an experience in, waiting for a call back is so painful, especially when you love a property😂. Maxine called the evening of the second viewing. The process was quick and smooth. In regards to the actual move in day, that was also smooth and made everything so much easier - Thank you Olivia Really like that both Olivia and Maxine reply quickly. Both very very helpful. As an unusual university student who gets branded with the 'typical' university lifestyle. It was so refreshing that they could see beyond this 🖤
