I've dealt with MT Finance on multiple short term deals and also found them to be an excellent short term lender with flexible underwriting guidelines. They've added the BTL arm now and the head of that, Annie Crust, is so unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable and is a pleasure to discuss future cases with. Most importantly she always comes back when she says she will. Excellent company branching out from their niche short term offering with an equally flexible BTL offering.

We have worked with MT Finance for a number years now and have always felt their proportion and process to be A1. This has been enhanced further with the introduction to the BTL market. They have taken their common sense approach to lending and have transitioned it nicely to their But to Let proportion - They look for reasons why they can do the deal and not reasons why they can't. A special mention goes to Annie Crust who is always on hand to discuss a a possible case and assist when needed. Thanks Annie you are a star! (in fact you are 5 of them!)
