Clean and comfortable clinic. My daughter has had a couple of sessions with Sarah for ongoing hamstring pain. Being a dancer we felt Sarah completely understood and gave the best treatment for the problem. Couldn’t recommend Sarah enough, we certainly won’t be going elsewhere!

Fantastic treatment from mark after having ankle surgery for ligament damage , starting with hands on physio to loosen up and relieve stiffness and tension in ankle. Mark explained what he was doing every step of the way through each exercise. Shockwave therapy has definitely helped relieve stiffness and pain , mark also sent exercises via e mail which have helped strengthen ankle Definitely recommend mark.

I have had two treatments for hip, deep glutes and sciatica pain. Variety of options used including deep massage, stretching, cup suction, and acupuncture. All done carefully and with full consultation. Definitely improving. Best bit is after care of a program of stretching and strengthening exercises with explanations, videos and tick sheets.
