I enjoyed our sessions and felt that I'm in confident hands.     I highly recommend Mehrdad, he is a great physio and very knowledgeable and patient professional, who is also very friendly and all his sessions are fun! During our 30 mins sessions he helped me with my knee and back pains. I sit a lot due to my office job, and did not do any exercises for years, so I developed more and more pain in my knee and back. He helped me to start with specific targeted exercises that I can even do at the office, thus making sure that those muscles are getting stronger faster. We then built up on these exercises on each session, and not only helped with my pain, but also gave me the motion I needed to slowly get back to my regular exercises. My pain is now gone, I know exactly what to do when I feel that I sit too much, and if I would injure myself, I would not hesitate to book an appointment with Mehrdad again to get it fixed!

    This is by far one of the best physiotherapy places I ever visited (and my back made me see quite a few..) Not only Mehrdad is an amazing physiotherapist, he is also a really nice person to chat with. If you have chronic back issues read this!! Over the past 2.5 years I had been suffering lower back problems every 3-4 months. Electric shock waves and acupuncture relived the pain temporarily, but never made me feel fully recovered from the pain. The would come back again… now this guy Mehrdad said ditch electric therapy, you need to do exercises as a part of the longer term treatment plan. Four sessions forward, I’m now feeling the best I ever felt in the past 2.5 years. Not only that, I restarted my judo training recently where I am able to do full contact wrestling. The bottom line, if you have a lower back pain then this is the place to go for a long term treatment ;)
