Despite it being a difficult day I had a great experience at MSI in Maidstone. I was very nervous and all the nurses and surgical team were amazing, they made me feel at ease straight away with their compassion and friendliness with no judgment whatsoever. As a young women who has never been through this before or been in this situation you made me feel welcome, you were kind and I felt like I was free of judgement for the first time while going through this. All of the staff were so kind and friendly to me, it meant alot to me how kind and friendly you all were to me. It’s easy to feel ashamed while going through this so again Thankyou so so much for all of your help and kindness.

Apart from the long waits for the emergency nurse line to answer the phone, the staff in the clinic and the call centre are all so comforting and lovely. Cannot fault how they make you feel so relaxed:)

My wife was meant to have a phone call appointment with a health advisior but no one bothered to call. She tried to get through on both live chat and phone call but couldnt get through on either of them, all she got from the web chat is i will ask a member of the team. Over an hour later and still no response! Absolutely shocking services and they do not give a stuff about mental health!!

Quite disappointed in the end service I received (or should I say “didn’t” receive” from this place. When I first contacted them to advise of my situation they were brilliant and very reassuring. However last night I took the last of my at home abortion tablets which I’d heard can bring on some ‘period - like - pain’ but it slowly turned into somewhat like contractions which were excruciating. My partner was waiting to get through to MSI for 45 minutes and still no answer in which case he called for an ambulance instead as this pain was absolutely horrific for about 2.5 hours. I was advised if I needed help to call their 24hour help line but had no answer so quite disapointed to say the least.
