    I started PT sessions with Min recently and I was scared! He is so kind, very knowledgeable about diet, training methods and what works for you personally including my mobility. I love training with Min and didn't realise how much you can actually eat! It's been a huge learning curve, challenging but Min will support you all the way through the journey. I can't recommend him enough! (2022) From training in the garage and now moved onto Min's Fabulous new state of art mirrored studio. I love it!! Min has clearly put so much effort into the new studio for his clients. Transitioning from garage to studio kept Min super busy, despite this he still went above and beyond to get my PT sessions in without disrupting my routine. He has all the equipment in from leg press to lat pull downs all the dumbbells and much more. Supercool lighting adds to the motivation. Still humble and THE BEST PT in town! (2023)

    So I was quite nervous to start 1-2-1 with Mini because I was so new to the whole gym scene but as soon as the sessions started I was put at ease right away. I have come a long way since first starting out with Min, he will push you to your limit trust me but not to the point so that you’re injuring yourself etc. I can’t fault the service enough Min is friendly and professional at all times…. He will get you to your goal and get you to the place where you can then go and do your thing with the right form/knowledge etc. 10/10 for everything.💪🏼💪🏼
