    I had my moped(super soco) repaired that part was fine. They then delivered it to me when i tried to turn it on. I found they had forgotten to return the battery. As i pushed the moped up my garden path a wing mirror fell to the ground. On closer inspection i noticed it had been sheered off so i asked the delivery guy to take it back to the shop. He said it'd be a couple of hrs at most before he gets it back to me this is at 1130 am. It's now 5pm no moped. Apparently the driver is out on another job !!!! I only sent it there because it's under warranty. Boy am i glad warranty is up in a few days after which i can choose who repairs it. Sorry guys your service fell well below my expectations Update 5.35. Just got a phonecall. It'll be here in 45 min

    Brought my bike to MSC many times and unfortunately the trust has been broken. Bike went in for a service and some warrenty work. I had broke my finger so wasn't able to pick my bike up and I got it delivered home upon arrival my pride and joy has been damaged. First off the aluminium rim has been scored so the paint work has come off leaving it exposed to corrosion, engine mount has been scratched and now my frame will rust and worst of all missing bolt on my exhaust silencer hanger as well as one lose as can be. I've been to a couple aprilia franchises now and they're all pretty dire. After contacting them and MSc accepting liability on the phone I took my bike in where they basically said I can't prove they did it... any other time I would of recommended them but not now.
