    Very very poor customer service and communication. can not comment on goods as order placed at beginning of December never arrived. I understand that this was out of MSAR's control but they didn't even bother to contact me AT ALL, only knew what was happening because I contacted them. They did however suddenly give me a refund, so I guess I will not be getting the goods !

    Never had to leave a negative review before but on this occasion I feel strongly enough that is it is justified. Made an order that I needed to cancel, I notified them by email 12 hours after making the order and it had not yet been fulfilled. I received no reply after 24 hours so called them to ensure they were able to cancel. The order had still not been dispatched but the attitude from the woman I spoke to was extremely rude and patronising - stick to GSM or Rallynuts if you want to be treated like a customer and not an inconvenience.

    Since I live nowhere near MSAR, the process of buying a crash helmet was conducted entirely over the phone. Malcolm gave me a lot of advice, and when the helmet was delivered (two working days after I ordered it) it fitted perfectly. I was very pleased with the service and would be happy to deal with MSAR again in future.
