Took my mother to see Ms Richardson. My mum, from Canada and now living with me, suffers from wet AMD. Ms Richardson came highly recommended. I can now see why. Mum was so anxious at the thought of having to see a new doctor but Ms Richardson was superb with her. Not only was she very professional but, with it, very personable. Mum didn't feel as though she was talking to a specialist but rather a family remember; very empathic and caring. There should definitely be more people in the medical profession who share the same mindset as Ms Richardson.

On 15/05/2022, I went to Western Eye Hospital for my FB sensation at 02.00 am when I had to go to the loo and started feeling pain in my left eye. In the morning went to Western Eye Hospital where I was treated very kindly and friendly manner. Then was attended to by a Nurse practitioner who put LA drops in my eye and settled my pain. Then examined by another Nurse practitioner who checked my vision and Eye pressure. Soon afterward was seen and examined by Ms. Theresa Richardson, a Consultant Surgeon who introduced herself and examined me with the slit lamp. She told me there was a scratch over my cornea and that was the cause of a Foreign Body sensation. She very nicely assured me that it would get better and no need to worry and put my mind at rest. She prescribed me Chloramphenicol 1% Eye Ointment and discharged me. All along she was friendly, courteous, and very professional. I have no hesitation to recommend her under her care
