Disorganised time wasters. Having taken our van to them to discuss the scope of work we were initially impressed and interested to have them do the work. We were told the quote would be with us by the end of the following week. We waited but it did not arrive. We followed it up with a call, they seem amused it was still sat on their desk and told it would be with us shortly. Again nothing so we followed it up and told it would be with us soon. Nothing. And again a third time when it would ‘be with us tomorrow’. This has now gone on for 6 weeks from our first visit and still no quote and our build is annoyingly behind schedule. Very disappointing following our first positive impressions. Even if we did get the quote there is no way we would leave our vehicle with them as who knows how long it would be until we got it back.
