Clearly they don't need, can't cope with, or can't be bothered with online sales. My order was ignored. I'd give 0 stars, or minus, if that was possible. As some other reviewers have experienced, I spent quite some time choosing & ordering (paying by card) only to get no acknowledgement email, no notifications of progress, & no products delivered. I'd taken a screenshot, fortunately. After a week or so, I phoned the shop landline offered but this was not in operation, & still isn't. A man did answer the mobile number listed, said he'd check my order code & come back to me but he didn't take my name or number; I thought he'd gone to check but after a few seconds the phone call was terminated. Whenever I rang back the answerphone clicked on, but with no outgoing message, just an automated voice with the number. I left several messages but no-one ever called back. My last message insisted that someone do something. After 20 days, I was about to send an email, when I received an automated email saying I'd be refunded. I'll check that in a few days. There was no contact from Ms Cosmetics whatever. It's just rude & disrespectful. Such a colossal waste of my time. Their website still has all the products, so they're not sold out, or they've not updated the stock. Even if I do stop over in Birmingham I'll not bother to visit the store to see if the in person experiences as detailed here are true. They don't deserve my money. I'll be wary of any previously unknown (to me) online cosmetic companies in future; I'll scour all reviews, & any hint of bad practice, I'll not make a purchase, so Ms Cosmetics have done their competitors a disservice, as well as themselves.

The online store is a nope from me. I ordered an item and received no order number or notification email. 1 week later I had to contact the store who couldn't help much as they didn't had a clue what's going on. I had to email them to receive my order number. I just asked for a refund in the end. Why would I spend my hard earned money to a company that doesn't care. They sent my refund promptly with no apology (to be expected). I haven't been to the store personally, so I can't comment on that. Nevertheless, I will never shop online with this company again. And I will be sure to tell my family and friends and socials no to either. -5 points

Very nice and clean shop. Very friendly staff always ask for help. And really helpful as well... You can find all your hair and body products. I recommend come here what ever you need for you hair. Like wigs extension and products shampoo conditioner hair gel hair mask etc .
