Dr chaliha was attentive and caring during my first appointment. Since then it has been a nightmare. Her admin is near impossible to get a hold of during working hours, and mistook all of my patient information. I had testing done and was told I would receive the results in a few days. I did not receive any response a month later, after actively following up and asking that my patient details be corrected. My symptoms also worsened during this time, and had no other way of contacting her aside from her unresponsive assistant. Not sure this is the most responsible way of treating patients… some of this is maybe attributed to admin rather than her as a doctor but it has been a very frustrating experience.
