It was shocking the way guy Maiwand was treating customers and shouting, despite offering him the amount he wanted without and objection. He seems to have some personality disorder which led him to act so aggressively, I could have shouted back but felt he is not worth the energy or my time. when asked him this is not the way of doing business he said this is his way for many years. My fuel cap door gave up and contacted my dealer who was extremely useless with giving guidance. Took car to a nearby garage as advised by the warranty people but was advised the problem is internal, too hard for them to fix and I was advised to take my car to Audi, who gave me a booking for the next two weeks just for diagnostics. As I couldn’t wait that long having a broken fuel cap and I needed my car for my commute to work and out of desperation earlier, tried some alternatives and found this garage in Google with very good reviews. As they have outstanding feedback from users, I did not hesitate to contact and was booked on the same hour. They immediately found the issue with my fuel cap door and luckily, the solenoid part is available too, so it was a 15-minute job and managed to sort out the problem that other bigger and reputable garage would have taken weeks to figure out and charging me humongous amount of money. The cost of part and service is reasonable, considering the same day-same hour service I received earlier. Thank you MS Autos, definitely know now where to take my car if I have issues.

Took my VW Golf bluemotion DSG, had a gearbox problem, soon as I took to MS autos, he immediately knew what the problem was and gave me a reasonable good price, compared to these other garages they would take couple days to find the problem. the main mechanic is one of the few very best certified mechanics in Reading, the service is top-notch, MS autos is not just any random Garage that you would find down your road,once you go there you will get the vibes of like going to these big dealership Garages.

do not take vehicle here. cowboys. I had broken and twisted fuel lines, cheap knock off parts (when I was told I was getting INA parts), the vehicles timing was completely out, and had a completely worn fuel pump bucket that should’ve been replaced with the cam chain. Luckily I took my car into another genuine specialist, otherwise the above issues would’ve caused my engine to fail. MS autos obviously thought that as these parts were internal I would never see them, and that as a customer I had no idea of the "specialist" requirements of my vehicle. all in all, I paid specialist prices for a service that was amateur at best. If you look at their reviews on google you’ll notice they are all fake or manipulated. The bad reviews have the most likes and the good reviews have no likes. Vehicle took a week when it was supposed to take a day. Communication was the only decent thing about this place. edit: to reply to response from owner, there is one MS autos in reading, how could I be mistaken? vehicle was collected 1st October 2021.
