Whilst Ms Badvie herself gives sound advice, she has no secretarial team. Her "office" is great at sending out invoices but won't reply if you have an allergic reaction to medication prescribed or if you want to move around appointments (with plenty of time). Emails are generic and cold and not even addressed to you. I asked to swap my in person appointment for an online one as I was too unwell to travel but wanted to discuss new medication. They cancelled but didn't re book me for a Zoom and continued to send emails about the invoice. Unfortunately, finance over care was the vibe I got. Sad really as in person Badvie is very thorough. My advice is she needs to being back a secretary. I'm pleased to say my new surgeon volunteered his secretary's details at the end of the first meeting.
