So, it is Mother's Day and I need to get some flowers ASAP, but unfortunately, I have been working all day, so I googled florists near me and found about 15 places. I rang up at about 5 o'clock, remembering that everything shut early on a Sunday, and eventually I discovered a place in Blackley, aka Mrs. Flower Potts' Florist. The owner was so lovely to speak to that I was lucky I ordered some flowers, which got delivered within an hour. I can't describe the customer service I got today, which I would definitely recommend to family and friends, and I am a customer for life.

Natalie was very pleasant, informative and professional. I called from Nottingham the evening before the delivery and was so pleased she was able to fill the order and that the flowers were delivered at a convenient time for my friend who is like a big Sister to me.
