I asked Mrs Brilliant for an end of tenancy clean in my flat in Maidstone where I lived with a flatmate for almost 3 years. I don’t even need to mention the state of the flat where two full time students spent most of their time trying to pass their final exams. I have no idea ow they did the cleaning but the end result was impressive! My apartment was spotless; I almost didn’t recognise it. Much better than when I got it. We run a carpet cleaning company and have been recomending Leda for many many years. We only do carpet and sofa cleaning so we need a reliable honest hard working high standard company that we can recomend and are happy to put our name on the end results of the cleaning every time without hesitation or any need to overlook end cleaning results as we know that Leda guarantees her results on every job and like us, prides herself 100% on every job!!!!! I literally say to every customer that I reccomend to Leda, "if you are not 100% satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning what so ever then i will litterally pay for all of her cleaning out of my own pocket and you will pay nothing"! I have never once had to put my hand in my pocket and i know that i never will. I also say to people at the same time that if you just require a quick wipe over and a spruce up then unfortunatley that is not something we can do as it is not a service that we offer, Leda will only ever do a 100% deep intense clean to absolute perfection. I also say jokingly that when Leda comes in to clean it is like being stormed by the Brazilian Army, she comes in, kicks the door off its hinges and rebuilds the house from the ground upwards ;) It is a genuinge pleasure to work along side Mrs Brilliant with Leda, all working together in harmony as a perfect team.
