I had multiple MRI scans for my spine and head at MRI Plus Hendon in December for myself and another very recently for my mom, and I must say it was a good experience. The staff was professional and attentive, ensuring my comfort throughout the process. The clinic itself was well-maintained and properly equipped. The technicians were good as well, explaining each step and answering all my questions with patience. The waiting time was minimal, and the overall environment was calm and reassuring. The manager, Simon was very helpful throughout and assisted me to further treatments of my conditions. Would highly recommend anyone for MRI scans.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else if you want professional service.Very unprofessional and rude staff not to mention unhelpful. I’ve been charged £400 for an appointment which I never attended because first they had issues with the system and they rescheduled me 2 times in a row, then the scanner was broken for 3 weeks. When I requested my refund I’ve been lied to that someone will call me back but they never do. A lady who was the finance manager nearly fooled me into thinking that she cared enough to solve the problem, promised me to call me back next day.She never did!!!And just like that it’s been more than a month and still no refund and nobody wants to talk to me, they keep lying to me that they are in a meeting or on another call and they will get back to me. Never in my life I encountered such an unprofessional company full of rude and unprofessional people. This company needs to be reported for ripping off people.

After sustaining a recent knee injury I wanted to get to the route of the problem and understand what was causing me so much pain and inconvenience. I explained to the centre what the issue was and all the staff were extremely helpful and professional. They really took their time to help me and talk me through the results of my MRI. Even after receiving results that didn’t help identify what was causing me issues, Simon the Manager took further steps to help provide me with solutions to my problem. I couldn’t recommend the centre enough!

The quality of images was very poor said top orthpedic surgeon at top prrivate practice. Avoid this place. Spend more and get proper more detailed MRI otherwise doctor will struggle to diagnose properly
