I've been to this place 4 times now and 4 times I've come away saddened at the way I feel I've been treated. I'm a paraplegic and of a large size. However I'm fully operational from waist up and I have no mental issues and have complete frame of mind. MRI person made me feel bad as he didnt think I could transfer to mri without help so judge me on this. Also asked me to weigh myself on a stand on scales? Yeah I'm paralised waist down? Disabled toilet is a mess. Not much room to spin a cat yet alone turn a wheelchair round to lock door? Also on approach to entrance of mri reception theres a steep slope and bending path with a lip at the top so makes it a bit of a challenge if u on yr own. Poor poor poor planning in this unit. (Most staff ok it more the unit the problem)
