Had asked Mr Tee to come out to advise and quote on getting a sofa I sold delivered to the buyer. He came out within half an hour of being texted, assured he could get the sofa through the door. The buyer arranged collection the next day. Mr Tee and colleague turned up within the agreed time frame, were very polite, efficient, professional and fast. Would highly recommend the service.👍🏾

Mr Tee was quick to respond to all my enquiries and to quote, his prices are very fair and his energy and friendliness were all great additions when looking for a removals company. However, my new sofa was damaged in the moving process. Although covering mattresses with special packaging and boxing up our belongings carefully, a gouge out of an expensive sofa happened during the move. I realise accidents happen and perhaps it was partly my fault for not covering the sofa, but I did think it was particularly disappointing when confronted with the damage that I was greeted with ‘it was there before’ which was not the case. I would suggest wrapping all your furniture with dust sheets or other protective materials because none of these were brought, used or suggested beforehand by Mr Tee. Also take pictures of all your furniture before the move because when a difficult situation arises after undue care was take with my sofa you won’t be faced with the phrase ‘it was there before’, which was perhaps the worst bit of the whole situation.

Absolutely fantastic service throughout. We exchanged the day before completion and Mr Tee was reassuring throughout the late booking process. Cost was very reasonable and they arrived on time in the day. Super polite, helpful and experienced. I don’t know how they got all our main bits into the Luton van, but they did. On time and hard working throughout at both ends of the move. Can’t fault them at all. Absolutely superb and really made our lives easier during the stressful moving day. Thanks chaps!
