Over several email exchanges Russ very helpfully guided me through some preliminary checks and offered some very valuable advice prior to me sending the unit in for checking As it happened through his help and knowledge I managed to get the unit up and running myself .. this would not have been possible without his assistance I thoroughly recommend Mr Tech Guy and he will definitely get my business in the future. What a great guy, Russ and his team are that rare breed I call ‘old school’ Ie. They actually can be relied upon to genuinely offer their help. The advice I received, told me how to get inside my Meridian 201 preamp, together with photos etc. and it was FREE!! How often do you get service like that today??? I will definitely use their expertise if I ever need my equipment servicing or repairing! Look no further folks!🤩
