Dr El Husseiny is absolutely incredible! He provided me with the most excellent care for the removal of a large staghorn kidney stone via PCNL. He is extremely scientific and evidence based and clearly an amazingly skilled surgeon who performed this operation expertly. He also has a special gift of balancing this skill with being a very caring, kind, and empathetic person. I was very anxious before the procedure but his calm, competent, confident nature really put me and my family at ease and we felt comfortable knowing I was in the best possible hands for this surgery. In our consultations, he was swift and accurate with his diagnosis and really went above and beyond to show how much he cares about his patients. I can only imagine he has a huge patient load but I always felt like his sole focus, as he patiently and clearly answered every single question I had. Dr El Husseiny and his wonderful PA Rosie are also an extremely efficient team who managed to get me booked in for the procedure and all appointments swiftly, which is appreciated when there are so many pre- and post-op administrative tasks. My symptoms are already feeling so much better after the surgery and I barely even have a visible scar, so my only regret is not finding him sooner. Thank you so much Dr El Husseiny!

His questions were targeted, and he could pre-empt the symptoms I went through, which meant that his diagnosis was spot on. First of all, I am very disappointed by this doctor. He is only good at sending emails and not treating the patients. He is making a diagnosis on a phone based on "the patient's shoe number". Furthermore, I am surprised that a person who is a lecturer at Imperial does not look for the cause of the problem. I have to say thank you for this kind of doctor. I think he should study more, because treating kidney stones over a phone is not effective. To sum prestige, a diploma actually helps only to earn money and not helping the patients.
