They had displays which covered the look we had been after and they took the time to explain the process and what the options were. They were very polite and made the whole process easy. What a wonderful stress free experience from start to finish. Great communication throughout in person, via phone and email. Loving the welcoming new showroom. The fitters, who were polite and professional did a fantastic job, on what appeared to be quite a tricky fitting! We are now sitting in a nice warm and cozy lounge with our lovely new log burner. It was a pleasure to do business with Mr Sweep Stove Shop, we will certainly pass on recommendations.

Totally unprofessional and rude, let us down less than 24hours before they were supposed to fit our log burner. Didn’t bother to notify us the premises they were on had burnt down! even tho they were holding £1,800 of our money. Once this man has your money customer service is appalling, my advice would be to go elsewhere to someone reliable and more pleasant to deal with.

I forgot to post a review after having two in wall log burners Installed. Very professional advise and installers. The fitters we're very clean and polite. Very happy with installation and would definitely recommend. And to cap it off I over paid by £600.00 on my bank transfer, and was called to say I had paid to much and the refund had been put back in my bank.
