Not had the pleasure of requiring your service yet, but you did almost swipe me off the road yesterday. Van with the reg R2 TFO tried to overtake a long line of traffic at the top of Garrowby hill yesterday morning with no clear line of sight to see oncoming vehicles. When they did see them, with only seconds to react, they swerved straight at me and I had to slam on the brakes to let them in or I'd have been run off the road. Everyone makes mistakes, sure, but only moments later at the very first opportunity they overtook the rest of the traffic, on a right-hand bend...completely blind.

Rang tate heating to arrange a service on my oil boiler, l was given a date of 17th January, today, bit l received a voice mail this morning asking did l still want my boiler service???? And of l didn't call them to confirm they would cancel my vist,??????, I had my boiler serviced by tate last year, with no problems, I rang tate twice to confirm my appointment, they said they have some priority break downs?, and would be there sometime this afternoon, l will wait to see if they turn up. Hope they do as l have had my worktops removed for access. I use tates for all my oil deliveries and have started using them for servicing, l might try and get someone local next year.
