AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID! A hamster has more heating skills than these people. I would go into the long boring story, but basically didnt fix the problem they made it worse and charged nearly £600 for the pleasure. Use a different company . WOW! What a lovely response! I think this response gives a true reflection of the type of customer service you will get and the type of people you will be dealing with. So you came out to fix problem and changed the 3 port value. After which the heating didnt work. You then eventually came back out at a time that suited you and not the time that was agreed, no phonecall to say running late as things fo happen. You didnt have a clue what was wrong and left at 6pm leaving me and my family with no heating. You didnt seem bothered. You eventually came round at 1pm then next day althought you told me it would be 9am. When we called you to ask what time you were coming you were very aggressive saying you finished late last night (6pm) and you were having a cup of tea? Anyway ... you then changed to PCB although you admitted you didnt know what was wrong and the PCB board was probably fine, we will never know. You were asking for help on the phone with Worcester and someone else and you admitted you had connected something incorrectly. It was working for a short period of time but as there was air in the system it was making a shocking noise , so i had to turned the boiler off and decided to use a different company who were on time , who had knowledge of a heating system, who were polite , who comminucated well , who turned up on time, explained what they were doing. Services: Water heater repair, Heating system repair

Very pleasant on the phone, but too busy to help at the current time. They did however suggest another plumber.

Jason came to fit our new range cooker about two weeks ago in which he turned up 2 hours late (he said he'd be there about 9.30am) - didn't matter too much as we know things can be hectic but didn't call to let us know which would have helped. He didn't read the manual when installing it so I assumed it was all ok, but after he left I checked and he'd left us with a too short gas hose over the hot part of the oven which the manual says not to do. I assume this is the case with most ovens, not just this brand. He agreed to come back as obviously it's unsafe and after two weeks of him agreeing to come and not showing up, or saying he'll call us back and not doing it, he finally came back today. This was after a phone call today in which he proceeded to shout at me, being pretty aggressive and telling us a a part's on back order (complete lie). After I said I'd report to Corgi and request a refund if not installed safely soon, magically he found the part. He entered the house, was slamming his tools down angrily and made us all feel uncomfortable. He then shot out the door saying he'd finished (literally took him 5 minutes) without so much of a word. I had to ask if the gas had been turned back on. We look behind the oven - firstly there's no additional part, he's just cut down a pipe and he's left screws out of the main gas joint. I've attached photos. Would have taken 30 seconds more to just fit them all but I guess that's what we get for asking someone to come back and make sure the job's finished properly. Such a shame that someone can become so irate and take it out on their customers. Realistically, all it is is someone paying for a service and you delivering. If I hadn't managed to finish a job properly the first time around, I'd prioritise it as would most other tradespeople I know. It's just decent customer service. As I can see from the rest of the negative reviews it's not an isolated incident and the behaviour we experienced was quite common. There's a reason most other plumbers in Harrogate have a couple of weeks wait - do yourself a favour and get booked in with someone who cares and will finish the job to a high standard.
