Bought a few items from their Wandsworth Branch which I was told if they were not suitable to return them and I would receive a full refund. When I did try and return them to their New Kings Rd branch, I was met with the most rude and arrogant staff I have ever come across. I was told there would be a re-stocking charge of 20% despite the fact that I was told there would be a full refund and nor does their receipt says the percentage amount for re-stocking. After a full blown argument, the New Kings Rd staff telephoned their Wandsworth Branch who agreed to honour was said in the first place to me. I have been buying electrical products from Mr Resistor since 2010 but will never ever shop their again at either branch given the attitude of their New Kings Rd staff who in essence was telling me if you want to return the items, to go back to Wandsworth a speak to the person who served me in the first place. Disgraceful service.

We bought a load of stuff through our designer for our house refurb and it's all great quality. We went to visit the showroom and found a couple of light fittings which weren't in stock there. Mike, who served us with humour and patience, said they'd have them the following day from another branch and as we live a fair distance away, I called to see if they were in. Our electrician was getting impatient so I spoke to Anton at "central control" who couldn't have been more charming and helpful and he tracked their driver down, called me a couple of times and then confirmed arrival late morning. We also got a call from the shop. When I went to collect them, they couldn't have been more charming. No, they're not cheap but the quality and service are worth every penny.

Unfortunately, my experience with this shot is not pleasant. I have purchased 2x light switches but they are not suitable for my customer when I have to try to return them I been told ill have to pay restocking charges. Note on the invoice when you paid for the goods is " Goods will Note be accepted for the returns without original documentation and will only be exchanged for credit subject to handling charges" If this is company return policy I'd like to be aware of that before paying for the products. I'll never buy the products if I can not return them or I'll be charge for that. At least I'd to be aware of what is return cost They charge 20% of restocking charges witch also is not mentioned on the invoice just a handling charge. PLEASE BE AWARE THE RETURNS WILL COST YOU 20%. The manager mention I should charge the client for the return cost as they change their mind. I'm sorry but I'll never forward the charges to my client before informing them beforehand of the cost of the return and losing a good client for this small charge will be unaccepted but you just lost me as your client. Good luck

This business has always delivered on product, knowledge and price. I bought some perspex light switches that were not in stock. They rang to confirm I was happy to wait and it might be a few weeks delay. The items arrived 6 days later.
